Acknowledgments

We would like to acknowledge and express thanks to Dale Richards, the General manager of the Taco Bell in New Brunswick for her time and input regarding our project. She was not only a major help in the completion of our project but also in helping us further our knowledge and understanding of operations management. 

Manager's Bio: Dale Richards

Dale Richards is the (RGM) Restaurant General Manager of the Taco Bell in New Brunswick. She is the one primarily in charge of making sure this locations overall operations, financials, development and training are up to company standards and Taco Bells requirements. She currently has 4 shift managers and 25 team members that she is in charge of. She joined the  the Taco Bell team into her current position on September 10, 2010. Prior to joining Taco Bell she was an assistant Manager at McDonald's for 10 years. Dale attended Middlesex County College but never obtained her degree.
